Shipping Policy

Except where otherwise required by local law or specified in country-specific terms, the following policy applies to all orders and jurisdictions. In case of any disputes, MINICAS HK reserves all final decision rights.

Order Handling Days

  • In-Stock Items: Order cut-off is at 10:00 AM on weekdays (Monday–Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays). Orders placed after 10:00 AM will begin processing the next business day.

  • Pre-Order Items: Order processing will start on the estimated delivery day stated on the individual product page.

  • Mixed Orders (In-Stock & Pre-Order Items): By default, we will ship all items together in one shipment. If you want items to ship separately, please place your orders separately.

All dispatched items will have a maximum of 2 business days handling time. Delivery time varies based on the shipping destination and is shown below:

  • We ship to SF Pickup Points, SF Lockers, and eligible residential or commercial addresses.
  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, any additional shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Address changes after shipment may incur extra charges, paid by the customer.
  • We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
